What is the program cost?
There is no cost to participants for either their attendance or the continuing education credits that are provided to qualified attendees. These CME programs are funded by educational grants which provide for these expenses. We appreciate the support of our educational grant sponsors for making this possible.

No, a phone is NOT needed to hear the audio portion of the web conference. The technology we use provides audio streaming for both live and archive webcasts via the Internet. You can listen to the audio through your computer speakers. NOTE: During live webcasts, telephone audio access will be provided to those attendees who require it for use in auditoriums or conference rooms.
